Andrew M. Holt is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

He advises clients on corporate, securities, and governance issues, including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange listing rules, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related regulations.

Mr. Holt has authored and co-authored articles on corporate governance and securities issues, including articles in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law and the American University Business Law Review.
