Clint Summers is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Summers represents clients in government investigations, white collar criminal proceedings, complex commercial litigation, and appellate matters.

Mr. Summers received his JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating first in his class.  While there, he was a member of the Tulsa Law Review and was awarded the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Outstanding Senior Law School Student Award. Mr. Summers clerked for Judge Jacques L. Wiener, Jr., of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for Judge Claire V. Eagan of the US District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Summers worked in commercial, operations, and engineering groups for Chesapeake Midstream, Access Midstream, and the Williams Companies. Mr. Summers is an active member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
