Bethany Douglas supports the firm with respect to interpreting the rules of professional conduct, including identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, as well as managing a team of attorneys dedicated to these functions.
Prior to joining Latham's Office of the General Counsel, she was an assistant general counsel at another international law firm.
