Bethany Douglas supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Douglas worked as a consultant to a security services firm’s legal department. Before that, she was an assistant general counsel at another international law firm.
