Lis Ryan is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Ryan represents public and private companies in a variety of general corporate matters including registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings, financings, public reporting obligations, and other transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Ryan served as a summer associate at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and at another leading law firm.
Ms. Ryan received a communication and information sciences degree from the University of Alabama and practiced public relations prior to attending the University of Virginia School of Law.
