Kristen Haight is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Haight represents clients in a variety of matters related to government and internal investigations, civil litigation, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Haight maintains an active pro bono practice, representing civil rights plaintiffs in partnership with organizations including the Washington Lawyers’ Committee and the American Civil Liberties Union.

While in law school, Ms. Haight served on the William & Mary Law Review and as a member of the William & Mary National Trial Team and the William & Mary Women’s Law Society. Prior to joining Latham, she served as an intern for Federal Magistrate Judge David Novak at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Prior to attending law school, she worked as a transaction manager helping nonprofit organizations manage their real estate portfolios.
