Teddy Finneran is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Teddy advises clients on capital markets, securities, and corporate matters, representing both financial institutions and issuers in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings; follow-on and public equity offerings; investment grade, high-yield, and convertible debt offerings; debt exchange offers; tender offers; and acquisition financing.

Teddy also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

Teddy received their JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. While in law school, Teddy participated in the Williams Institute Moot Court Competition and served as a vice president of OUTLaw. Teddy also guided students through Torts, Evidence and Remedies courses as a teaching assistant.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Teddy was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office.
