Eirene Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Eirene represents strategic buyers and sellers and private equity sponsors (together with their portfolio companies) on complex and cross-border M&A transactions, other strategic corporate transactions, and general corporate matters across industries, including technology, electronic gaming and e-sports, social media, e-commerce, adtech biotech, security and consumer and entertainment.
Eirene maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting small businesses owned by members of underrepresented communities on general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Eirene was a summer associate in the Chicago office. She previously worked as an intellectual property paralegal at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery and as an intellectual property paralegal and corporate legal intern at Amsted Industries.
