Haley N. Sandoval

Haley Sandoval is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Sandoval represents public companies on mergers, acquisitions, and notes offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Sandoval worked as a judicial intern for the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, she was vice president of the Association of Women in Law, an articles editor for the Houston Law Review, and in the Order of the Barons.
