Jack Barnett is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Barnett received his JD from the New York University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he served as Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. He was also a research assistant in torts and criminal law and a student attorney in the Federal Defender Clinic.

Prior to law school, Mr. Barnett received his BA from Cornell University and worked as a federal policy researcher in Washington, DC.
