Dr. Eunnie Lee is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins. She represents clients in litigation and regulatory investigations, including related to data privacy, consumer protection, and online platform regulation. She also advises companies in all stages of the business cycle on data privacy regulatory compliance and product counseling.

Dr. Lee is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). She has additional experience having worked on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, venture capital financings, and intellectual property licensing transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Dr. Lee received her JD from Harvard Law School and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. In law school, she worked as a legal intern with the US Department of Labor, Boston Office of the Solicitor, and as a law clerk for the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in the Privacy Enforcement and Protection Unit. Her doctoral research focused on software-based automation of engineering design in optics and acoustics.
