Kayla Seltzer is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Seltzer advises clients on a variety of issues, with a focus on environmental and land use topics. She represents public and private companies in environmental litigation matters, including administrative proceedings, determining allocation of liability between multiple parties, and evaluation of environmental review of new development projects.

Ms. Seltzer maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans with disabilities and victims of domestic violence in partnership with the National Veterans Legal Services Program and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.

Ms. Seltzer has conducted extensive biological field research both in the United States and abroad.
