Heather Artinian is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins, where she was a summer associate prior to joining Latham full-time.

Ms. Artinian is a member of Latham’s White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice. She represents clients in white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations.

Ms. Artinian has been involved in a number of internal investigations involving probes by the Department of Justice, Securities & Exchange Commission, and Federal Trade Commission. Ms. Artinian has represented clients facing government investigations into alleged violations of federal anti-money laundering laws, domestic anti-corruption regulations, and other laws.

In addition, Ms. Artinian also maintains an active pro bono practice primarily focused on representing survivors of domestic violence in a variety of family law related matters.

Ms. Artinian serves as one of four global chairs for Latham’s Disability & Neurodiversity Network.

Prior to working at Latham, while attending Harvard Law School, she was the Intake Director and a Student Attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau where she litigated cases in family court.
