Jonathan Lauras is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Structured Finance & Securitization Practice.

Mr. Lauras’ experience includes advising: 

  • A global shipping company in connection with a global trade receivables securitization
  • J.P. Morgan as the arranger and senior funder of the €200 million energy receivables securitization program established for Public Power Corporation
  • Goldman Sachs Bank USA on its US$150 million receivables funding facility for Splitit Payments Limited (Splitit), a global payment solutions provider
  • An equity investor and subordinated debt investor in relation to the establishment of a new equipment lease origination platform by a Spanish leasing company
  • A leading international bank in connection with the establishment of an innovative consumer energy receivables securitization
