Sidharth Bhasin and Rajiv Gupta Once Again Named to Singapore A-List

Singapore partners Sidharth Bhasin and Rajiv Gupta have been named to Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List 2026, which recognizes the top 100 lawyers in Singapore. This year marks the second consecutive appearance for Sidharth and the fourth consecutive recognition for Rajiv.

Sidharth is a leading transactional lawyer advising private equity funds and corporates — including Global Infrastructure Partners, I Squared Capital, Macquarie Asset Management, and KKR — on complex cross-border transactions.

Rajiv heads Latham’s India Practice and advises Indian companies and global clients on a full range of corporate and finance transactions, including Tata Capital and LG Electronics India’s IPOs, which represent the largest and the third-largest IPOs in India in 2025, respectively.

The A-List is based on extensive research and nominations received from in-house counsel based in Singapore and elsewhere, as well as partners at international law firms.
