Latham & Watkins Represents Eastdil Secured LLC in Acquisition by Savills

Cross‑border, multidisciplinary team advises on a transaction bringing together an international real estate advisor and a global real estate investment bank.

Savills plc, one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the equity of Eastdil Secured LLC, a preeminent global real estate investment bank, for an enterprise value of US$1,112.5 million. The acquisition is scheduled to complete in due course following satisfaction of customary regulatory and closing conditions.
