Latham & Watkins Advises The Sterling Group in Acquisition of HLSG Intermediate, LLC

The Sterling Group (Sterling), a Houston, Texas‑based middle market private equity firm, has announced the acquisition of HLSG Intermediate, LLC (HLSG), a leading provider of outsourced healthcare linen products and laundry services, from York Capital, a New York‑based private equity firm. Sterling will partner with existing HLSG investors, including York Capital and management, to support HLSG’s continued growth.
