Latham & Watkins Advises SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in Big Health’s US$75 Million Series C
Big Health, a digital therapeutics company dedicated to helping millions get back to good mental health, has announced that it raised US$75 million in a Series C funding round, led by new investor SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from ArrowMark Partners and existing investors Octopus Ventures, Gilde Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente Ventures (KPV), and Morningside Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents SoftBank Vision Fund 2 with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Saad Khanani and Ben Potter, with Bay Area associate Chris Pham, Century City associate Kojo Hayward, and London associates Daria Les and Hadi Najem. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by Bay Area counsel Arielle Singh.
