Searchlight Capital Partners, a leading global private investment firm, has announced a strategic investment into Sightline Payments (Sightline), a company enabling the next generation of cashless, mobile, and omni-channel commerce solutions for the gaming, lottery, sports betting, entertainment, and hospitality ecosystems, at a post-money valuation of US$525 million.
