Latham & Watkins Advises ParaFi Capital, a leading crypto / DeFi investor, in Connection with ZenLedger’s US$15 Million Series B

The Latham team advises the lead investor in the financing round for one of the leading crypto tax and accounting platforms.

ZenLedger, a global leader in cryptocurrency data analysis, accounting, and tax, announced the close of its US$15 million Series B funding. The round is led by ParaFi Capital with participation from Bloccelerate VC (Series A lead), King River Capital, G1 Ventures, Main Street Investment, Three Point Capital, Shorooq Partners, VaynerFund, Blizzard the Avalanche Fund, and AngelList Quant Fund. The funding allows ZenLedger to expand services globally, innovate further on crypto finance products, and grow retail and government market share.

Latham & Watkins advised ParaFi Capital in the transaction with a deal team led by New York Partner Jenny Cieplak, with associate Ian Irlander, with assistance from Bay Area partner Haim Zaltzman and New York partner Stephen Wink.
