Latham & Watkins Advises on Patria’s Inaugural Notes Private Placement in the US Market

Latham & Watkins advised Patria Investments Limited (Patria) (Nasdaq: PAX), a global alternative asset manager and a leading asset manager in Latin America, and its subsidiary, Patria Finance Limited, in Patria Finance Limited’s inaugural notes private placement in the US market, which included the issuance of US$50 million aggregate principal amount of 6.02% Series A senior notes due 2031, US$100 million aggregate principal amount of 6.30% Series B senior notes due 2033, and US$200 million aggregate principal amount of 6.60% Series C senior notes due 2036.
