Latham & Watkins Advises on AI Infra Data Leader Kandou AI’s US$225 Million Series A

Kandou AI, a leader in high‑speed, energy‑efficient connectivity and system solutions for the AI era, announced the successful closing of its US$225 million strategic funding round with backing from financial and strategic investors. The oversubscribed Series A round was led by Maverick Silicon, with strategic participation from SoftBank Group Corp., Synopsys, Inc., Cadence Design Systems, Inc., and Alchip Technologies Limited. Several existing investors also participated in the financing round.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Silicon in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associate Mason Taylor.
