Latham & Watkins Advises Loomis in Acquisition of Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A.
Loomis has announced that it has entered into a tender offer agreement with CVC Capital Partners and other minority shareholders representing approximately 99.49% of the outstanding shares in Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A., a Peru‑based cash and valuables management company listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. Under the agreement, Loomis will launch a public tender offer to acquire up to 100% of Hermes’ outstanding shares. Hermes is a leading provider of cash management and secure logistics services in Peru, serving approximately 1,000 clients across multiple sectors. The acquisition will represent Loomis’ entry into the Peruvian market and is aligned with its strategy to expand in Latin America.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Loomis in the transaction with a corporate team led by partner Tony Del Pino and partner Carlos Ardila, with associates Francisco Lanusse and Melanie Von Staa Toledo, and assistance from Fathia Zapata.
