Latham & Watkins Advises Linode in Its Acquisition by Akamai Technologies

Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), the world's most trusted solution to power and protect digital experiences, has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Linode, one of the easiest-to-use and most trusted infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform providers.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Linode on the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Century City/Los Angeles partner Jason Silvera and Houston partner James Garrett, with Houston associates Jonathan Villa, Carlyle Reid, and Zek Zhang.
