mmTron, a semiconductor startup redefining the RF layer powering next‑generation connectivity, has announced US$45 million in Series A financing. Kenneth Safar at Maverick Silicon led the round with participation from Kelvin Khoo at Tipping Point Ventures, J&M, and other investors. This funding milestone endorses mmTron’s demonstrated capabilities and its product‑market mission to redefine high‑performance RF connectivity.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Silicon in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Mason Taylor, Samantha McGarvey, and William Brown.
