Latham & Watkins Advises Initial Purchasers in PENN Entertainment’s US$600 Million Senior Notes Offering

PENN Entertainment, Inc. has closed a private offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior notes due 2031. The notes were issued at par.

Latham & Watkins LLP is advising the initial purchasers in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by Los Angeles partner Steve Stokdyk and New York partner Erika Weinberg, with associates Eric Finkelberg, Sandra Mathew, and Austin Machado. Advice was also provided on finance matters by Los Angeles partner Ken Askin; and on tax matters by New York partner Bora Bozkurt, with assistance from Ethan Lee.
