Latham & Watkins Advises HPS Investment Partners and BC Partners in Connection with their Investment in Broadway Technology

Latham & Watkins advised HPS Investment Partners and BC Partners (as part of a consortium) in their investment in Broadway Technology, a leading provider of high performance front-office fintech solutions to sell-side and buy-side clients. HPS Investment Partners and BC Partners joined other consortium members Long Ridge Equity Partners and Broadway Technology’s co-founder, Tyler Moeller, in the consortium’s acquisition of 100% of Broadway Technology from ION Group.

New York corporate partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, and Eyal Orgad led the Latham team that represented HPS Investment partners and BC Partners, with associates John Karantonis and Bharath Mohan.
