Latham & Watkins represented the financial advisers to cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase Global, Inc. in its direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “COIN” on April 14, 2021. Latham previously represented Spotify in its groundbreaking direct listing on the NYSE in 2018 and the financial advisers in the direct listings of Slack and Asana on the NYSE in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
