Latham & Watkins Advises Discord in US$500 Million New Round of Financing

An emerging companies team advised the personal communications and digital distribution platform in the transaction.
Discord Inc., a personal communications and digital distribution platform, announced it has raised US$500 million in a new round of financing led by investment firm Dragoneer Investment Group. The deal values Discord at approximately US$15 billion.
