Latham & Watkins has advised International Design Group S.p.A., a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group and Investindustrial, on the successful issuance of senior secured notes as well as on the upsize of its revolving credit facility.
The deal extends the longstanding relationship between Latham & Watkins and Design Holding, a leading global design company in the high-end furniture and lighting markets. Design Holding includes Flos, B&B Italia, Louis Poulsen, Maxalto, Arclinea, Azucena, FENDI Casa, Audo, and Lumens, with its catalogue featuring iconic objects designed by world-famous designers.
