Latham & Watkins Advises Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings in Sale of Used Cooking Oil Collection and Aggregation Business

Firm represents largest producer of ultra-low carbon biodiesel in the western United States in transaction with Neste.

Neste, the world's leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel produced from waste and residue raw materials, announced that it has agreed to acquire the used cooking oil collection and aggregation business of Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings, LLC. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
