Latham & Watkins Advises Autograph in US$170M Series B Funding

Autograph, the Web3 brand pioneering a new era of digital experiences, announced the closing of a series B funding totaling US$170M co-led by a16z and Kleiner Perkins. This comes on the heels of Series A financing in July 2021 co-led by 01A and Velvet Sea Ventures.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Autograph in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Los Angeles partner Alex Voxman, with New York associate Eduard Grigoryan, Century City associate Adele Zhang, Bay Area associate Adam Zuckerman, and Los Angeles associate Karysa Norris.
