Latham & Watkins Advises Apera on Refinancing of Bibliotheca

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised pan-European private debt investor Apera Asset Man-agement (Apera) on the arrangement of debt facilities for the refinancing of Bibliotheca Group (Bibliotheca), a portfolio company of funds advised by One Equity Partners (OEP). Bibliotheca is a leading global provider for security and productivity solutions as well as digital content services to public and academic libraries. Apera provided the Unitranche debt package in support of Bibliotheca’s refinancing, which has been tailored to support the Group’s further growth plans. 

The Latham team was led by Munich partner Thomas Weitkamp and counsel Ludwig Zesch, with Munich associate Julia Bräuer; London associates Alistair McKechnie, Jack Winfield, and Abi Jacobs; and New York counsel Brian Rock and associate Julio Martinez Rivas.
