Latham Represents Funders in Respect of the €1.4 Billion Refinancing for lyntia
Latham & Watkins has advised the funders in connection with the €1.4 billion landmark refinancing of lyntia, a neutral wholesale telecommunications infrastructure operator in the Iberian Peninsula. The refinancing establishes a robust long-term financial framework that reinforces lyntia’s capacity to execute its strategic growth plan across Iberia and beyond.
