Latham Partner Honored With FDLI Distinguished Service and Leadership Award

Latham partner Bill McConagha has been honored by the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) with a Distinguished Service and Leadership Award. Presented annually, the award recognizes individuals who have made notable contributions to the food and drug law community through outstanding leadership and service. Bill is among the 2026 honorees selected from a highly competitive pool of nominees across the industry.

A nationally recognized life sciences attorney, Bill advises global clients on complex FDA regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters across the full product lifecycle. His practice is deeply informed by more than 17 years of distinguished public service at the US Food and Drug Administration, where he served in senior roles including Associate Chief Counsel and Assistant Commissioner, as well as advising multiple FDA commissioners.
