Latham Advises the Lenders to REDEN on Its €1.1 Billion Debt Raise

Latham & Watkins has advised the finance parties to REDEN on the successful completion of a €1.1 billion debt raise, refinancing multiple pan‑European assets and establishing a long‑term common terms platform with a diversified syndicate of more than 10 lenders.

REDEN Solar is an international developer, owner, and operator of photovoltaic and energy storage projects, with 1.1 GW of installed capacity across France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Chile, of which approximately 730 MW is pan‑European.
