Latham & Watkins advises Summit Partners, a global alternative investment firm, in the proposed sale of Doctrine, a leading legal AI platform for legal professionals across continental Europe, to RELX Group, a global leader in information, analytics, and AI‑powered legal workflow solutions and the parent company of LexisNexis® Legal & Professional.

The completion of the envisaged transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
