Latham Advises Stitch on US$25 Million Series A Led By a16z
Latham & Watkins has advised Stitch, an AI-native operating system for financial institutions, on its US$25 million Series A funding round.
The round was led by a16z, with participation from existing investors Arbor Ventures, COTU Ventures, Raed Ventures, and SVC and is a16z’s first investment in the GCC.
The Latham team was led by Dubai partners Eyad Latif and Omar Maayeh, with associates Rehab Abdelwahab, Shane Visram, and Shiva Dakhili. Advice was also provided on IP matters by Riyadh partner Brian Meenagh, with Dubai associate Fady Saleh.
