Latham Advises Searchlight Capital Partners on Investment in CloserStill Media

Latham & Watkins has advised Searchlight Capital Partners on its investment in CloserStill Media, a leading B2B events platform, in partnership with Providence, which has owned the business since 2018. Searchlight and Providence will have co-control of CloserStill, with Providence having the opportunity to re-invest in the company in order to support the company’s next phase of growth. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
