Latham & Watkins Advises PSP Investments on Sale of FirstLight’s US Portfolio to Hull Street Energy

Multidisciplinary team represents the pension investment manager in its sale of the energy storage and clean energy generation provider’s US business.

The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell the US operations of FirstLight to Hull Street Energy, a private equity firm specializing in power infrastructure and energy transition investments. The US portfolio comprises approximately 1.4 GW of installed capacity across hydroelectric generation, energy storage, and renewable assets in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
