Latham & Watkins Advises Pasubio on Acquisition of Luilor

Latham & Watkins has advised Conceria Pasubio S.p.A., a leading specialized provider of premium leather for the automotive and luxury sectors and portfolio company of PAI Partners, on the acquisition of 100% of Luilor S.p.A., a leading Italian manufacturer of high-end textiles for luxury furniture brands and fashion houses.

The transaction further advances the development of UNICA, Pasubio’s integrated platform dedicated to the luxury industry, further broadening Pasubio’s capabilities and strengthening its positioning as a diversified partner to global luxury brands across multiple end-markets, including automotive, fashion, and interior design.
