Latham Advises on SoftBank Group’s US$40 Billion Bridge Facilities
Latham & Watkins has advised a group of arrangers led by Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Mizuho on US$40 billion bridge facilities provided to SoftBank Group Corp. (SBG) for investments in OpenAI Group PBC and for general corporate purposes. SBG is a leading Japanese strategic investment holding company, with a focus on global technology investments.
