Newcleo Ltd. (newcleo), a pioneer in advanced modular reactor technology and nuclear fuel manufacturing, and NewHold Investment Corp III (Nasdaq: NHIC), a publicly listed special purpose acquisition company, have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination that would result in newcleo becoming a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NWCL.
