Latham & Watkins has advised the private credit lenders on the financing for TowerBrook’s acquisition of a majority stake in ID UNLIMITED (formerly Flexdev Group), a European leader in premium equipment personalization and embellishment for sports clubs, leagues, and global sports brands.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Fergus Wheeler, with associates Hafsa Raza, Marco Zacchino, and Hue Pham, and New York associate Helen Liu. Advice was provided on tax matters by London partner Karl Mah and counsel James Leslie.
