Latham Advises on US$340 Million Financing for CRC Insurance Group

Banking team represents the lenders in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins represented the lenders in connection with a US$300 million incremental term loan B facility and US$40 million incremental revolving credit facility for CRC Insurance Group.
