Latham & Watkins Advises on Coder’s US$90 Million Series C

Coder, a leader in AI development infrastructure, announced a US$90 million Series C led by funds managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm, with participation from QRT, Uncork Capital, and other existing investors. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represents KKR in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partner Ryan McCarthy and Boston/New York partner John Miller, with associates Dante Spurlock, Kelsey Kitchens, and Lauren Stark.
