Latham Advises on CleanMax’s US$341 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised the book running lead managers on CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited’s (CleanMax’s) US$341 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
Axis Capital Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, BNP Paribas, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited, BOB Capital Markets Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited were the book running lead managers on the transaction.
The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta, with counsel Esha Goel and associates Sirada Chayabunjonglerd and Jeffy Katio.
