Latham Advises NIF on Uplift360’s €7.4 Million Series Seed

Latham & Watkins has advised the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) on its investment in the €7.4 million Series Seed funding round of Uplift360, an advanced materials startup transforming how aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors recover and reuse high-value composite waste.

The round was led by Extantia, with participation from NIF, Promus Ventures, and Fund F.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Toni Adejuyigbe. Advice was also provided on employment matters by London partner Kendall Burnett, with associate Sophie Timmins; on data and technology matters by London partner Fiona Maclean, with associate Komal Shemar; on foreign direct investment matters by London partner Jonathan Parker, with associate James Mathieson; and on tax matters by London partner Sean Finn, with associates Joshua Atkinson and Ruby Wong.
