Latham Advises NIF on SatVu’s £30 Million Funding Round
Latham & Watkins has advised NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) as an investor on the £30 million funding round of SatVu, a UK-based thermal intelligence company that reveals operational activity and infrastructure performance from space.
The round included participation from NIF, British Business Bank, Space Frontiers Fund II, and Presto Tech Horizons.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Toni Adejuyigbe and Sidney Chin.
