Latham & Watkins has advised Index Ventures as lead investor on the US$125 million Series C funding round of Granola, an AI-powered notetaking tool, valuing the company at US$1.5 billion.
The round was led Index Ventures, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed, Spark Capital, and NFDG.
The Latham team was led by San Francisco partner Brian Patterson and London partner Shing Lo, with New York associate Galina Vujovic.
