Latham Advises Hellman & Friedman on Acquisition of Hyve
Latham & Watkins has advised Hellman & Friedman on its acquisition of the Hyve Group (Hyve) from Providence Equity Partners L.L.C. and Searchlight Capital Partners.
Hyve is a global leader in premium B2B events, with a portfolio of premium, market-leading brands connecting some of the world’s leading companies, investors, innovators, and decision-makers across healthcare, ecommerce, edtech, supply chain, and marketing technology. In partnership with Hellman & Friedman, Hyve will focus on accelerating international launches, expanding adjacent products and services, and continuing to scale into growing end markets.
